We offer free shipping on all orders over $85 that ship within the continental United States, and free returns on sized items in free-ship orders (some exclusions apply).
On orders less than $85, an $8.50 or $10.50 shipping charge will be added to all orders within the contiguous 48 states. You may choose your own shipping choice and the applicable rates will apply.
Other Shipping Choices – You may request in the comment section of the order form or via the phone for faster service than Ground UPS or Regular US Mail. If we can get your product to a parcel pickup on time, your order will go right out. You are responsible for the cost.
To Alaska and Hawaii – Regular shipping charges will apply. There is no free shipping.
Outside of the USA – We will only ship to countries where insurance is available. You are responsible for any Shipping, Insurance, Taxes, VAT and Duty. When you order from us, you accept this as your responsibility .If you order it, it is yours. We will not pay the freight back to us. We reserve the right to choose which shipping service to use. We usually use US Mail.
Ariat Shipment Outside of the USA – We will not ship any Ariat product outside of the USA, as this is an Ariat policy. You must purchase from a reputable Ariat dealer at a location closer to you.
Returns – Please put a note inside with your name, address, phone and reason for the return or exchange to include with your return, as well as a copy of your original receipt. Remember to keep copies of all paperwork for your own records. Items must be returned in the original condition—all tags must be intact, all items must not be wrinkled, worn or washed, and shoes and boots must be clear of marks on the sole (when trying on shoes, please wear them only on carpeting until you know you intend to keep them). Please insure the item as you are responsible until it reaches us. If your order was a FREE SHIP Please call for a UPS or USPS electronic return label and include all of the above.
Exclusions – The following items may not be included in the free return policy:
- · All items clearly marked as Clearance or Final Sale, No Return
- · Any more than two pairs of shoes on one packing slip
- · Any horse grooming supplies
- · Any horse supplements
- · Any item that was not originally in a free-ship order
- · Any items not determined by the staff at Tack Room Inc.com to be in pristine condition
- · If we deem it to not be in the original condition, we will charge 20%. If we have given you free shipping or charged you $8.50 or $10.50 for shipping and our actual shipping cost was more, we will charge the difference to your return. If the item is in non-saleable condition we will not refund anything and will return it to you at your expense.
Any returns or exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase, unless it is stated that it is a Christmas gift. Please alert us of its intended presentation as a Christmas gift in the comment box when making the original order.
All returns must be in process and clearly marked by a UPS or USPS processing facility within the 30-day purchase window.
