Myler Loose Ring Bit with Comfort Snaffle Wide Barrel

This Myler bit is a stainless steel Loose Ring with a stainless steel Comfort Snaffle Wide Barrel copper inlay mouthpiece. The wide center barrel will disperse pressure across a greater area of the tongue than the Comfort Snaffle Regular Barrel. This Myler bit is particularly useful for horses in the beginning stages of training.

Legal for USEF dressage, FEI dressage and USEA eventing dressage. Consult organization's rule book for more information.

Bit Design:The Myler loose ring is a simple ring where the mouthpiece has no fixed point of attachment. but simply slides around the ring. This particular mouthpiece is curved with a 1 1/8 inch jointed center barrel.

Function:

Direct action - applies same amount of rein pressure to the mouth. Loose rings allow the horse some play with the bit in the mouth.
